How do I Retreive my Bicycle?
Your Bikes, Your Way!
* Grab as many bikes as you need for your desert adventure.
* Pickup your bike at our Fernley, NV pop-up shop from August 25th to September 3rd, 2025.
Need a different pickup plan? No problem! Just let us know, and we'll work it out.
Don't forget: Bring your confirmation email and QR code for a smooth pickup process.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Got Bike Buyer's Remorse?
Don't worry, we've got you covered. Here's the deal:
* Pre-April 20th: You can get a 50% refund. Just reach out to us, and we'll sort it out.
* Post-April 20th: No refunds, but you can transfer your bike reservation to a friend or foe. Let us know, and we'll make it happen.
A Quick Note:
* Credit card fees are non-refundable, so keep that in mind.

Do I need to Return My Bike?
Keep It or Donate It!
Your bike is yours to keep and enjoy. When you're done with your desert adventure, you can:
* Keep your bike: Ride on!
* Donate your bike: We'll donate it to a good cause. Just drop it off at the same location you picked it up between August 26th and September 7th.
Contact us to arrange a drop-off outside of those dates.
